ARVELDAN Local Backup — Terms of Use

Effective date: October 13, 2026.

ARVELDAN Local Backup is provided for private use by its owner to back up Google Drive data the owner is authorized to access. It is not offered as a public or paid backup service.

The utility requests read-only access to Google Drive. The owner controls authorization, the local backup destination, the Windows schedule, and retention of local copies.

A scheduled time does not guarantee that a backup has completed. The computer and required Windows session must be available, storage and network access must work, and Google authorization must remain valid. The owner should review backup status and errors. Some Google items may lack a supported export format and will be reported as omitted.

Local copies and older versions are retained until removed by the owner. The owner can stop scheduled backups and revoke Google access at any time.
